Every Chabi Chic order is carefully prepared in our Marrakech workshop to ensure safe and fast delivery.

📦 Delivery times

• Colissimo (France & Europe): 4 to 8 working days
  
  

• DHL Express (International): 2 to 3 working days
  
  

• Free delivery on orders of €120 or more in France 🇫🇷
  
  

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, public holidays or peak periods. You will receive a confirmation e-mail as soon as your order is dispatched, including the tracking link for your parcel.

🌸 Order tracking and receipt

Once your order has been dispatched, you will be able to follow the progress of your delivery in real time using the link sent to you by e-mail.
If you notice any anomaly (damaged parcel, missing or damaged item), please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at sav@chabi-chic.com with photos.
 Our team will find a fast and suitable solution: replacement, credit note or refund, as appropriate.

Our packaging is designed to give Chabi Chic creations the best possible protection.
 However, in the event of damage in transit, please contact us directly — we will handle the claim with the carrier on your behalf.
