All our products are handmade in Morocco. So our products are never the same. No, it's part of the charm of handicrafts. So every room is unique! The color of products may also be different in two different orders, so please consider ordering your tableware in one order

 

How does the website work?

The e-store offers two products:

Secure payment

All bank data entered on our website is secure and encrypted by SSL protocol. There is no payment data stored in our server.

The payment methods allowed in our e-store are: PayPal, bank transfer or equity.

 

How do I use my assets?

To use your benefits, simply insert the code into the "coupons / benefits" insert in the shopping cart.

The size of each product is similar, because all our products are handmade, so it is not accurate to millimeter. The dimensions of these objects are determined by our craftsman J

 

Will the product come back when it is used up?

Basic will always be supplemented, but for collections, we offer limited edition, so first come first served

Delivery time

Our package starts from Morocco and goes all over the world! This is also a part of our history, packages from far away places, especially those prepared for you, we are trying to let you enjoy super preferential express prices all over the world!!!

 

The estimated delivery time (working days, holidays and customs clearance) is as follows:

 

-Morocco: 3 / 4J

-France / Europe: 4 / 7J

-Asia / USA: 7 / 9j

-Africa: 7 / 9j

Received my package

If the package is obviously damaged, a reservation must be issued directly to the carrier upon receipt of the package. Open your package in front of the carrier who has the right to stay for 15 minutes to make sure there is no damage so that property insurance can work. Any damaged package will not be returned if it is not verified with the carrier upon receipt.

 

Do I have to pay import duty?

We are headquartered in Morocco, so different tax rules and other customs charges may apply. These costs will be borne by you (excluding Europe and France, where we negotiated the TTC price)

If you are in Morocco, there is no import duty.

 

 

Returns and Refunds

 

How can I be rewarded and exchanged?

Within 15 days after receiving the order, if your purchase is not suitable, you can return it to us.

Thank you for putting each item back in its original packaging to ensure that the refund is not hindered and to make our logistics workshop easier to work.

We don't do standard trading. For new sizes, patterns or colors, just place an order at the e-store.

 

Free return to post office from Morocco (immediate refund).

Return at one's own expense from abroad.

 

 

Products damaged at delivery

When you receive the goods in front of the carrier, you find that one or more items are damaged or damaged. Please fill in the carrier's receipt to explain the problem and contact our vas by email at contact. chabichic@gmail.com

 

Unqualified products

The product received does not match the product ordered. CHABI chic acts as a third party to verify the non conformance. If this is proved, the buyer will be compensated and the seller will be required to recover its parts and repay the customer for all costs.
