Every Chabi Chic order is carefully prepared in our Marrakech workshop to ensure safe and fast delivery.

Colissimo (France & Europe): 4 to 8 working days

DHL Express (International): 2 to 3 working days

Free delivery in France on orders of €120 or more 🇫🇷
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, public holidays or busy periods. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is dispatched, including the tracking link for your parcel.
🌸 Order tracking and receipt
Once your order has been dispatched, you can follow the progress of your delivery in real time using the link sent to you by email.
If you notice any problem (damaged parcel, missing or damaged item), please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at sav@chabi-chic.com, with photos.
Our team will find a quick and appropriate solution: replacement, credit note or refund, as applicable.
🌸 Returns & Refunds Policy
At Chabi Chic, we want every order to bring you complete satisfaction.
If, however, an item does not meet your expectations, you have 14 days from receipt to return it to us.
🛍️ How to make a return

Contact our team at sav@chabi-chic.com stating your order number and the reason for the return.

We will explain the procedure to follow and provide the return address.

Items must be returned in their original condition and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer (unless the error is ours or the item was damaged on delivery).
💰 Refund timeframe
Once the parcel has been received and checked at our warehouse, we will issue a refund within 7 working days to the same payment method used for the order.
🚚 Damaged items or order errors
Every order is carefully prepared in our workshop. If an item arrives damaged or does not match your order:
