Riad Secret Garden
The Riad Jardin Secret is an address that I often recommend to my friends traveling to Marrakech, so why not share it with you too!
Designed and decorated by a couple of friends, this riad transports me every time with its decoration and its authentic atmosphere.
Just like Nadia and I, Cyrielle and
Julien wanted to change his life and get away from the Parisian gloom
to settle in Marrakech. After much research, they have
finally found the riad of their dreams in the Bab Doukkala district.
Coming from the fashion world, Cyrielle is a model and photographer, and Julien is an artistic director at L'éclaireur and Moto Rubis. Just that!
Warning: GOOD TASTE ASSUMED!
From the entrance, we understand their sharp eye in the choice of each object.
Each small room, each piece of second-hand furniture, creates a warm atmosphere.
We just want to take off our shoes and walk on the zellige as if we were at home.
Then what is striking is the
beauty of the ornaments: from the chiseled plaster of the walls to the ceiling in
small alcoves, zellige in natural colors on the walls.
A wealth of Moroccan craftsmanship that serves as a setting for a hyper patio
green with banana trees. Trendy you're here!
It's all about framing, contrast, detail... We understand that there's a photographer around...
The rooftop is just as amazing. A rooftop terrace is fine, but what a terrace!
Pink! Furnished with pergolas, long chairs, and soft cushions... Plants and cacti that you'll want to take pictures of.
Oh yes !
here everything is character: this little cactus, this little turtle... We
pays attention to every detail, and we suddenly understand that there has been a
hard work to make us feel good.
Well, you will have understood, I am totally love this little nest. It looks like its hosts. It is authentic, simple, it is totally Chabi Chic!
And greedy as I am... breakfast!!! breakfast!!! 10/10!
