🌸 Returns & Refunds Policy

At Chabi Chic, we want every order to bring you complete satisfaction.
If, however, an item does not meet your expectations, you have 14 days from receipt to return it to us.

🛍️ How to make a return

• Contact our team at sav@chabi-chic.com, stating your order number and the reason for the return.
  
  

• We will tell you the procedure to follow and the return address.
  
  

• Items must be returned in their original condition and in their original packaging.
  
  

• Return costs are borne by the customer (except in the event of an error on our part or an item damaged on delivery).
  
  

💰 Refund timeframe

Upon receipt and inspection of the parcel at our warehouse, we will issue a refund within 7 working days to the same payment method used for the order.

🚚 Damaged items or picking errors

Every order is carefully prepared in our workshop. If an item arrives damaged or does not match your order:

• Contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the product and of the packaging.
  
  

• Our team will promptly offer you a suitable solution: replacement, credit note or full refund.
