Opened last November, the trendy Sahbi Sahbi restaurant offers dishes typical of Moroccan cuisine. In terms of architecture, it revisits the codes of traditional Moroccan architecture with a contemporary twist. A tasty recipe to which we invited ourselves, unveiling an exclusive art de la table collection for Sahbi Sahbi.
After Bô Zin and Grand Café de La Poste, Helena Paraboschi and Pierre Pirajean's Sahbi Sahbi is a reminder of Morocco's local excellence in craftsmanship. Here, cooking and service are carried out entirely by women: a unique concept in Marrakech. For Sahbi Sahbi, Studio KO has combined heritage and modernity. Warm tones, ochre hues, zelliges and pottery are blended with graphic, textural and foreign inspirations, anchoring Moroccan aesthetics in a contemporary era. Inside, the play of light, relief and natural tones tell the story of traditional know-how. In terms of tableware, dishes are served in Chabi Chic crockery, a collection we created especially for the restaurant.
We unveil a tableware collection in authentic terracotta or a more contemporary black. The collection is set in a soft palette of earth tones, a reference to traditional materials and know-how. On the restaurant tables, beldi cups, bowls and traditional tagine dishes cohabit in a palette of warm tones, with cameos inspired by nature, earth and sand... A meaningful collaboration for Chabi Chic, which has been committed to modernizing and updating Moroccan craftsmanship since its inception. Just a stone's throw from our Chabi Chic Majorelle boutique, Sahbi Sahbi is a must-see address in La Ville Rouge! Love at first sight guaranteed!
