🌸 Returns & refunds policy

Chez Chabi Chicwe want you to be completely satisfied with every order.
If, however, an item does not meet your expectations, you have 14 days from receipt to return it.

🛍️ How to make a return

• Contact our team at sav@chabi-chic.com specifying your order number and the reason for the return.
  
  

• We'll let you know how to proceed and the return address.
  
  

• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  
  

• Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense (except in the case of an error on our part or an item damaged on delivery).
  
  

💰 Repayment period

Upon receipt and verification of the package in our warehouse, we will proceed with the refund within 7 working days using the same payment method used for the order.

🚚 Damaged items or preparation error

Each order is carefully prepared in our workshop. If an item arrives damaged or does not correspond to your order :

• Contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the product and packaging.
  
  

• Our team will quickly offer you a solution replacement, credit note or full refund.
