Tutti Frutti: A Colorful Celebration of Our Mediterranean Culture
Hello everyone, it's Vanessa, your artistic director at Chabi Chic. I'm delighted to talk to you today about our latest pattern, Tutti Frutti. I was particularly inspired by this project, which invites us to explore a different facet of our Mediterranean heritage.
Moving away from traditional Moroccan architectural motifs, we decided to tell a different story about our shared cultures. We often think of fruit as being uniquely Italian, but it's an integral part of the whole Mediterranean region, including Morocco! From lush orchards to the colorful stalls of street vendors, fruit is everywhere, adding a touch of life to our streets.
To me, they're much more than a simple delicacy; they're the finishing touch to our meals, often humbly placed on every round table in the kingdom. So it was an obvious choice to offer an artistic interpretation of this tradition, freed by the talented brushes of our artisans. With their tangy colors and delicately curved foliage, the Tutti Frutti motif literally makes fruit dance on our plates!
This illustrative chapter is also an opportunity to introduce some long-awaited new shapes to our collections. Pasta plates, pie dishes, generous fruit bowls... our family of shapes is growing, offering even more possibilities for celebrating your meals in style.
