Every Chabi Chic order is carefully prepared in our Marrakech workshop to guarantee fast, safe delivery.

📦 Delivery times

• Colissimo (France & Europe) 4 to 8 working days
  
  

• DHL Express (International): 2 to 3 working days
  
  

• Free delivery for orders over €150 in France 🇫🇷
  
  

Delivery times may vary according to destination, public holidays or busy periods. You will receive a confirmation e-mail as soon as your order has been shipped, including the tracking link.

🌸 Order tracking and acceptance

Once your order has been dispatched, you can track the progress of your delivery in real time via the link sent to you by e-mail.
If you notice an anomaly (damaged parcel, missing or damaged item), contact us within 48 hours of receipt at sav@chabi-chic.com with photos.
Our team will take care of finding a rapid and appropriate solution: replacement, credit note or refund as appropriate.

💌 Additional information

Our packaging is designed to protect Chabi Chic creations.
However, in the event of transport damage, we invite you to contact us directly - we will handle the claim with the carrier on your behalf.
