The costs of returning items following the exercise of the right of withdrawal shall be borne by the customer.

4.3 – Order tracking and delivery

The Customer chooses a Delivery address, which must be located in France or abroad. The Customer is solely responsible for any failure of delivery resulting from insufficient information provided when placing the Order.

The seller will provide the Customer with a tracking number enabling them to follow the progress of their order.

The amount of the Delivery Charges depends on the amount of the Order, the country and the delivery method chosen by the Customer. In any event, the amount of the Delivery Charges is indicated to the customer before validation of the Order

Delivery times may vary depending on the availability of the goods ordered.

Delivery times are expressed in working days and correspond to the average times for preparing and shipping the Order within the territory.

Delivery times run from the date of Confirmation of the Order by the Seller.

In the event of late Delivery, the order is not cancelled.

The Seller will inform the customer by e-mail that Delivery will be delayed. The customer may then decide to cancel the order and will send the Seller a notice of cancellation of the order by e-mail.

Where the order has not yet been dispatched when the Seller receives the Customer's notice of cancellation, delivery is stopped and the Customer is refunded any sums debited within fourteen days of receipt of the notice of cancellation. Where the Order has already been dispatched when the Seller receives the Customer's notice of cancellation, the Customer may still cancel the Order by refusing the parcel. The Seller will then refund the sums debited and the return costs paid by the Customer within fourteen days of receipt of the returned refused parcel, complete and in its original condition.

Chabi Chic will use its best endeavours to ensure that the order is prepared and handed over to the carrier within an average period of one (2) to five (10) working days from the day following the day on which the purchaser validates their order.

The parcel is delivered against the recipient's signature. If the recipient is absent, a notice is left for the recipient or sent by e-mail or telephone. From the date stated on the delivery notice, the recipient has 15 days to collect their parcel from the carrier's offices.

Late delivery / non-delivery:

We work with fast and reliable international carriers; however, as with any shipment, a delivery may be delayed or a product may go astray. In the event of late delivery, the customer must inform the Chabi Chic customer service department. This may be done by e-mail to sav@chabi-chic.com  Chabi Chic will pass the information on to the carrier in order to open an investigation. This investigation may last up to 21 days from its opening. If the product is found during this period, it will be forwarded immediately to the Purchaser's home (in the majority of cases). If, on the other hand, the product has not been found at the end of the 21-day investigation period, the carrier will consider the parcel lost. In this case, Chabi Chic will send you a replacement product at its own expense. If the lost product(s) are no longer available at that time, Chabi Chic will refund you the amount of those products. Chabi Chic accepts no liability for any extension of delivery times attributable to the carrier, in particular in the event of loss of the products or of a strike.

Receipt of the order:

Upon receipt of the order, the Purchaser shall check that the Products received comply with their order. Any anomaly concerning the delivery (damage, non-conformity, missing product compared with the delivery note, damaged parcel, broken products, etc.) must without fail be indicated on the delivery note in the form of "handwritten reservations", accompanied by the Purchaser's signature. The Purchaser must at the same time confirm this anomaly with the carrier at the time of delivery. The Purchaser must send a copy of this letter by e-mail to sav@chabi-chic.com

Save for a legitimate reason, any claim not brought to the attention of Chabi Chic within 21 days of receipt of the Products will be deemed inadmissible, and Chabi Chic cannot be held liable.
