Shipments can be made via the carriers below:

  • Delivery via Colissimo or GLS in 4 to 8 working days.
  • DHL delivery 2 to 3 working days.
  • Free shipping on orders over €100 in France.

RETURNS/REFUNDS :

  • Right of withdrawal. If you are not satisfied with a product, you can return it within 14 days of receipt, at your expense, to our warehouse at Vanady, 17 zac eco seine Courcelles sur seine 27940.
  • As soon as we receive the item(s) in good condition, we will issue a refund within 7 days. Please contact Customer Service at sav@chabi-chic.com
  • Home delivery: customers are required to open, unpack, count and check the condition of items received at the time of delivery and in the presence of the carrier.
    To claim a refund or replacement of damaged product(s), it is imperative to make precise and clear reservations at the time of delivery. Signing for the package constitutes acceptance of ownership, at which point the carrier and sender are no longer responsible for the condition of the contents. In accordance with transport legislation, CHABI CHIC will not be able to respond favorably to your request for compensation or replacement if no reservations are made at the time of delivery.
  • Point relais delivery: For claims, customers have 3 days after picking up their parcel to go to the point relais colis to report breakage inside the parcel, the only way to validate a mondial relay or point relais colissimo dispute.
