Material and care
- All products are rigorously tested for food safety and comply with international standards.
- Avoid exposing products to direct flame or temperature changes.
- Avoid bumping into other hard surfaces, and use towels to separate dishes.
- Our ceramics are microwave-safe, unless they contain precious metal decorations.
- Dishes are dishwasher-safe. Use the dishwasher with particular care if precious metals are present (max. 50°C). Always use a liquid/gel detergent.

Customers are required to open, unpack, count and check the condition of items received at the time of delivery and in front of the carrier.
To claim a refund or replacement of damaged product(s), it is imperative to make precise and clear reservations at the time of delivery.

- Delivery via Colissimo or GLS in 4 to 8 working days.
- DHL delivery 2 to 3 working days.
- Free shipping on orders over €100 in France.

RETURNS/REFUNDS :
