The glass collection is made in Marrakech by former craftsmen who worked in the unique and large factory in Casablanca, closed 5 years ago for poor working conditions. A large number of craftsmen have been re-employed, in a smaller workshop in the Ocher city. They now work there under much more humane conditions.
The passion of these men makes it possible to perpetuate this craft present in all Moroccan kitchens, by producing more than 3000 glasses a day!
The technique has remained the same: each piece is mouth blown from recycled glass only. Each piece is unique.

Material and Maintenance
- All products are rigorously tested for food safety and meet international standards.
- Avoid exposing products to direct flame or temperature changes.
- Avoid hitting other hard surfaces and use napkins to separate dishes.
- Our ceramics are microwave safe, unless they contain precious metal decorations.
- Dishes are dishwasher safe. Use the dishwasher with special care if precious metals are present (max. 50°C). Always use liquid/gel detergent.

Customers are required to open, unpack, count and check the condition of the items received at the time of delivery and in front of the carrier.
To claim a refund or replacement of damaged product(s), it is imperative to issue precise and clear reservations at the time of delivery.
Shipments can be made via the carriers below:
- Delivery via Colissimo or GLS 4 to 8 working days.
- DHL delivery 2 to 3 working days.
- Free shipping for purchases over €100 in France.

RETURNS/REFUNDS:

The signature constitutes acceptance of the package as property and at this time the carrier as well as the sender are no longer responsible for the condition of the contents. In accordance with transport legislation, in the absence of reservations made at the time of delivery, CHABI CHIC will not be able to respond favorably to your request for compensation or replacement. - Delivery to a relay point: For complaints, customers have 3 days after collecting their package to return to the relay point to have the damage noted inside the package, the only way to validate a Mondial Relay or Colissimo relay point dispute.
