How do we produce?

All our products are handcrafted and hand-painted in Morocco. They are therefore never completely identical. Small flaws aren't flaws; they're part of the charm of handmade products. Each piece is therefore unique!
Product colors may also vary between two separate orders, so it is best to order your tableware in one go.

How does the site work?

Our E-shop offers two types of collections:
- Permanent collections : our bestsellers, we offer them all year round.
- Capsule collections : developed each season, they regularly change shapes and colors, allowing us to bring that creative and trendy touch that is dear to us.

Is payment secure?

All banking information entered on our site is secure and encrypted using SSL protocol. No payment information is stored on our server.
The payment methods authorized on our e-shop are:
- Bank card (Visa / Mastercard /) via Payzone
- PayPal, Bank Transfer or Credit Note if you have one.

How do I use my credit?

To benefit from your credit, simply enter the code in the "Discount coupon / Credit" box in your basket.

How to find product dimensions?

Because our products are handcrafted, the dimensions indicated on our product sheets cannot be respected to the nearest millimeter.
The objects are sized by the hands of our craftsmen, of course each of them takes care to respect the measurements given in the specifications.

A product is sold out, will it come back?

The basics from our permanent collections will always be restocked, however the capsule collections are seasonal, so it's best to order them quickly if you have a crush!
However, you can contact us by email if you are looking for a particular product. If it is in stock in our stores in Marrakech, we can ship it to you under certain conditions. Do not hesitate to let us know your requests.

What are our delivery times?

Our packages leave from France and are delivered worldwide! Here are the estimated delivery times (number of working days, excluding public holidays and customs clearance):

- France / Europe: 4/7 days
- Asia/USA: 7/9 days
- Africa: 7/9 days
- Oceania: 10/12 days

How do I receive my package?

It is imperative, upon receipt of the package, to issue reservations directly to the carrier in the event of visibly damaged packages.
If you have any doubts, open your package in front of the carrier who is authorized to stay for 15 minutes to check that nothing is broken, so that the Damage insurance can apply.
Any damaged package with broken items that has not been checked upon receipt with the carrier cannot be refunded.

Do I have to pay import taxes?

These costs will be your responsibility depending on the regulations that apply in the country in force.
In France and Central Europe, you will not be charged any taxes. If you are in Morocco, then you will not be charged any import taxes.

How to make an exchange or return?

If you are not satisfied with your purchases, you have fourteen days after receiving your order to return them to us in their original packaging, in order to facilitate validation of your return by the logistics company.
Here's how to do it:
1- Make your return request by email: sav@chabi-chic.com
2-Place your items in the original packaging
3-Return your items at your own expense to the address provided by our teams.
4- send the parcel tracking number to our after-sales service
We do not do standard exchanges.
For a new size, another model or another color, simply reorder on the E-shop.

Returns are at your expense from France, Europe and the rest of the world.
A €2 logistics processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

A problem during reception?

You have noticed that one or more items are damaged or broken upon receipt in front of the carrier, fill out the carrier's slip to explain the problem and contact our after-sales service by email at: sav@chabi-chic.com If no mention is made on the delivery slip, no complaint directly linked to the condition of the package can be accepted after the fact, customers are required to open and check the condition of the goods received at the time of delivery.

How to ensure the compliance of your purchases?

Chabi Chic acts as a third party to validate non-compliance.
If this is confirmed, we can send you a replacement product that is compliant or you can choose to be refunded for your purchase.
We remind you that our products are 100% handmade, this means that any roughness you find should not necessarily be considered as defects, as well as the dimensions and colors which may vary slightly from one product to another.
